Black Beiger Return & Exchange Policy
At Black Beiger, we want you to love your new footwear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The footwear must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during return transit.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your footwear for the same item, please contact us at info@blackbeiger.com or whatsapp us at +1 (737) 283-1479.
2. If you'd like to exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized footwear.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
